1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted if a purchased service fails to function as described. Refunds are not issued for:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind or usage needs
Misunderstanding of the service features
Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds requested after this period may not be accepted, except under exceptional circumstances.

Purchase date
Description of the issue
We process valid refund requests within 14 business days.
3. Non-refundable Items
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
Services accessed or used after purchase
Successfully delivered services as described
Discounted or promotional purchases marked as non-refundable

Most refund requests are resolved within 14 business days. We may reach out for additional information during the review process.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, alternative methods will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Note: International payments may involve banking or currency conversion fees that are not reimbursed.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on:
How much of the service was used
The nature of the reported issue
Final decisions are at the discretion of our support team.
7. Cancellations and Subscriptions
You can cancel subscriptions at any time. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Refund requests for subscriptions must follow the same process as above.
